Located at the N/O of the Island, close to the « Intercontinental Hotel », this villa is well laid out, elegantly furnished, on a great property and built up with exotic elements and Polynesian elements.

The villa has a 120 sq.m living space (including the terrace), a Hot Tub a dinner area and some lougchairs on the terrace.

Inside you will find an high-tech kitchen : glass-ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, a coffee machine Nespresso, a toaster, kettle, fridge, kitchen utensils , crockery , dishwasher and much more . It also offers a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer.
The rest of equipments consist of a high quality resort, air-conditioning, flat screen TV with (LCI and M6), Wifi and a safe.
The main Bathroom, wood-panelled with ceruse finishes, is equipped with a shower , a sink , and a toilet… There is also an hair dryer.

The villa is fitted in three bedrooms:
– One Master Bedroom with a queen size bed,(with A/C , a big closet and a safe)
– One other double Bedroom with a queen size bed (with A/C)
– The last bedroom is furnished with two single bed . These two bedrooms are sharing the same bathroom.

You have a free access to the fitness center, tennis court and the shared swimming pool of the residency .
