Description of Villa MIKI MIKI:

This masterful, very spacious villa (450m2) is located on the lagoon edge in Temae (north-east of the island of Moorea), it combines modernity, luxury, comfort and traditional architecture.
Close to the airport, the Moorea ferry dock, and the famous golf course, this property remains hidden and intimate, while being close to civilization (shops and restaurants). You only have to take a few steps on the white sand beach a few meters from the villa in front of a clear and welcoming lagoon, to feel alone in the world and enjoy the sound of the waves, and the view of Tahiti.

The villa is located in the middle of a large wild garden, with private access to the lagoon, it consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, a mezzanine completely open to the living room/kitchen area, a a huge living room opening onto the outdoor terrace, a large fully equipped American kitchen and a dining room.

Bedroom 1 (30m2): Located in the Balinese entrance of the villa, it is equipped with a complete bathroom (shower, wc, washbasin), a King Size bed (200×200), air conditioning, a a dressing room, as well as a small private terrace.
it is also equipped with a sofa bed for 2 children max (180x120cm)
from this bedroom you can access a mezzanine where 2 other sofa beds are available.
(note steep stairs, not suitable for young children)

bedroom 2 (25m2): Also located in the Balinese entrance of the villa, it is equipped with a full bathroom (shower, wc, washbasin), a King Size bed (200×200), air conditioning, a ‘dressing room, as well as a small private terrace.

Bedroom 3 (35m2): Located in the main house, it is equipped with a complete bathroom (shower, wc, washbasin), a King Size bed (200×200), air conditioning, a large dressing room, from a safe, it overlooks the garden through large bay windows.

Mezzanine (70m2): Overlooking the living room / kitchen / dining room, it consists of 1 sleeping area, equipped with a King size bed (200×200) and a fan.

Living room (50m2): Open on the one hand to the Balinese entrance, and on the other hand to the terrace as well as the kitchen/dining area, perfect for an evening with family or friends, with large sofas a large TV, and free Wifi.

Kitchen (20m2): Fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, gas cooker, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, crockery, as well as a storeroom equipped with a safe, of a freezer.
It is made up of large precious wood workspaces, as well as a central island serving as a bar and dresser.

Dining room (35m2): open to the kitchen as well as to the terrace, consisting of a large wooden table and chairs for 8 people.

Terrace (80m2): Overlooking the garden as well as the lagoon, perfect for your family meals, equipped with a table and chairs.

Garden: Large garden with trees and sand, a few meters from the lagoon.
You can find a large sheltered fare Pote near the sea with hammocks.
In the garden you will also find a charcoal barbecue, deckchairs, and a wooden picnic table.
